Is it common for people to be laid off after only 3 months on the job? I was let go today from UHCT and only been here 3 months.

Anyone else think the redeployments are just a way to postpone layoffs til after the first of the year? Reps are being moved to UHC member services to handle calls about UHC MC during open enrollment.

... I got laid off on 05.04.23 and I couldn't be happier! Now I just wait for my lawsuit to settle. The work environment at Optum is full of harassment, and discrimination!
