No layoffs @ Panera (for now) - more capabilities are added and delivery is now a big priority for the company - about 10,000 jobs will be added by the end of 2017 and this is massive as it will add a ton of revenue. We seem to be doing fairly well... —  read more

That's all what I can tell you now - things used to be much better, now people are just concerned. But, I saw Panera bounce back many times so I am sure the executives will figure out something and we may avoid layoffs
