Earnings call is on the October 15. Thoughts that layoffs will happen following Thursday? I feel like that happened with one of the quarter earnings but don’t know if it’s a pattern to expect

They want honest feedback, and it needs to be given, but then are mad when someone gives a low score and their bonuses are dinged. And I don’t want mine dinged, either. How much can your leader trace your survey to you?

If you’ve got 5+ years at UHC, what are they providing these days for RIFs? I heard a week for each year but that was several years ago and not sure if it was accurate.

If someone moves between UHC/ Optum/ UHG corporate, do their perks continue to accrue (ie. 1 year before FMLA?) Or does it restart?
