Costa Rica Still Not Getting It

They've been in training for over 6 months on just DMI's and they still don't get it. Senior manager and one of the supervisors headed to CR yesterday to further train. What a huge mistake to outsource to Costa Rica .

ICS 3pl customer service Layoffs

Sad month this will be as several customer service reps received the layoff notice today on the 3pl side in Carrollton, Tx. Last day July 1, 2024. More to come I assume by the end of Q4 FY2024.

No Update Since 1-18-24

On 1-18-24, we were told of layoff and that there was more to come from the director. Two months have passes, and we are still in limbo. Is this legal to keep us in the dark this long? So unprofessional and cruel.
