Which departments are the safest?

There is very little transparency, as usual. I hate that this is way I have to inquire about what is happening, which locations and which departments are affected. I only know that my motivation to continue working here has never been this low.

What’s the Pattern?

The first round seemed to be lower performance based and people on write ups.. but what stats did they use this time, if any? Seems like some higher performing people were let go this round. At this point is it just randomized?

Even if you survive this round of layoffs, the wisest thing is to never stop looking for a new job. Because, for those who survive, I believe it will be harder than ever, and who knows what will happen at the end of the Q4.
