It's painful

Detroit Claims office

I work out of the Detroit Claims office. They said they will be laying people off soon.

MMS

This is so sad, I'm under the Molina Medicaid Solutions (MMS) which will not be effected by the layoffs.

Uncertainty

There's nothing more fun than getting email like we got yesterday and going to work today with a cloud hanging over wondering if you're going to have a job in a month or a day or a week!

Contact center OK?

I work in the Dallas contact center MSR1 but I was told it's going to more of diff depts like mirr,pirr,n etc n some smaller centers.We cover Ca,MI,SC,TX We serve alot of members but I think our contact center OK

Layoffs vs Transfers

The previous CEO's direction was to try to place folks in different teams or locations who might be losing their jobs, but the new CEO's direction seems to be to just let them all go.
