Sev Pay taxed much higher, ignored our elections!

Can someone explain why our dev pay is taxed so much higher? We should be paid much more than our typical checks without paying into retirement a toward benefits. Why are my tax elections ignored?

I didn’t get laid off like other staff at Molina but they just said they won’t be paying tuition reimbursement for the classes I already have taken. They approved them before I took them too. Was counting on that money.

Layoffs across the nation this week

Got a mandatory sudden meeting notification and then laid off. No warning. Was told last week the company was in good shape. Didn’t go by performance, seniority or really any pattern we can determine.

Yes it’s still coming.
