Let's just say for a moment that HR actually cared about the employees (yeah, I know, ridiculous). What could they do to improve morale when it's the c-suite that's the cause of the problem? Mismanagement, arrogance, epic failure after epic... — read more

How many people are still working from home?
What do you think about this?
Amazon just dropped 8B on The purchase of MGM. Did T make a mistake spinning off WB too early? What does Amazon know that T doesn't know? I realize T will still own 70% of WB, but I have a feeling Stankey just got hoodwinked.

Why doesn't HR try to improve morale?
HR is useless, they sit around doing nothing in an attempt to improve morale at at&t. Maybe they would not be successful but why not try? Don't they realize how bad it is? Maybe they just don't care.
Does outsourcing really reduce costs?

AT&T will not get above $32 and will settle at $25 when TW is unloaded and the new dividend takes effect. Stankey’s purchase of $1 million on stock pales in comparison to the $30 billion of market value lost!!
How much priority do you give to job search?
I have noticed that people start looking for work more actively only after rumors appear that layoffs are coming. As soon as they survive the round of cuts, they look for work much less actively. That is a probably in human psychology, I guess, but... — read more

Why do employees continue to whine about how bad AT&T is?
Sure, this place is a Shiite-Show, but why do y’all care? Take the money, use the benefits, and prepare for when they can you, or when the place goes belly-up. Isn’t it time to accept the realities of working here?
