Think about it, most likely scenario is EDMC will NOT take this to trial. They will settle like they do with all their law suites. But lets say they meet half way at 6 Billion. Where are they going to get that money from? Their credit is shot!

Will there be layoffs before then, or will it be later. Any thoughts?

Initial EDMC press reports a 10% increase the morning after the announcement, but quickly fell by 20% to 1.33 after the dust settled.

We aren't going anywhere so everyone of you that is negative on here I hope you all are the first ones to get cut. If you think you can do better why are you here anyway.

Is there any possibility the company will stay open?

I don't understand how some employees don't have a clue as to what's going on nor do they believe this is a big deal? They think it's like any other rumors and things will go back to normal. Wake up people, I think this reached an end here.

It appears all jobs are safe for the near future. I don't see any immediate changes or layoffs. This process will take a long time. What do you all think?

What is the "fish bowl"? Who are these people everybody is referring too? The people meeting? What are their stories? Fill "us" students on what we are dealing with?
