Howdy folks. Trying to keep this thread alive if still visited. Needing to hear good news from engineers with 5-10 yrs experience leaving XOM. I’m sure you are out there, hope you see this.

I’m struggling to see Heritage XTO people (that are left) ascend to leadership positions. I want to believe that it’s not a coincidence but the “invisible hand” is always at play. Am I taking crazy pills or is this really happening?
