Darren has done it. XTO is no more. New signs going up on the buildings. New processes being rolled out. I hope we can still make money operating the ExxonMobil way.

For those folks from XTO that accepted the offer to go to Spring, Tx, did Exxon gives you a relocation check and would you be willing to share what it was? Was it a % of your base offer or did everyone get the same lump sum amount?

I’m struggling to see Heritage XTO people (that are left) ascend to leadership positions. I want to believe that it’s not a coincidence but the “invisible hand” is always at play. Am I taking crazy pills or is this really happening?
