Are you a Director at Everest? Sounds like you know what your talking about. I heard that admissions needs to be cut by 50%! Enrollment numbers don't justify the number of admissions Reps. Some are being paid 40k plus.

With all due respect, not every CCi faculty member lives near Silicon Valley, nor do we all teach at a campus. The number of online faculty is growing, and teaching online is a part-time gig.

$1700 per course is for 3 months not 1 month.

GR Mich pays 17.00 per hour which amounts to about 17k per year...Most instructors who have brains don't stay. It's a cluster F*** of a mess for sure.

With all due respect, CCi pays senior faculty way more than $1700 per class, and teaching four classes per term (at my rate of $2000 per course) comes out to $32000 per year, which isn't bad for a part-time gig.

Let's see. $1700 for a course works out to $1700 a month. Unemployment in CA pays $450 a week. $1800 for not working sure beats $600 a month for working. Conclusion. Take unemployment.

1100 -1500 per month. Cannot live on that. Keep your job!
