RDR

Sure sounds like somethings up. But keep hearing that RDR says no changes. Does seem weird that they mentioned Feb so openly. Normally it is a complete surprise. Hope something happens to sales. Current atmosphere is miserable.

Why are you still trying so hard?

I watch some of my colleagues try hard... do their best... work overtime... they could experience burnout very quickly... I understand, everyone hopes that hard work still means something and that same thing will not happen them that happened to most... — read more

End

End can't come soon enough

Change

We all know more changes to sales will come. What's your guess as to what is next?

Town Hall

Whats everyones thoughts on todays town hall

Happiest day of my life

Finally left this terrible company today. Never been happier to leave something behind. And to all the senior management that I assume lurk on this site: You are out of touch with the real world. You are out of touch with your workforce. Only... — read more

Worst

We are worst dsd company by far. Wish they would execute whatever their plan is and move along.

It is hopeless to expect a little respect here

Sometimes I feel sorry for colleagues who are very unhappy here for the reason that they expect some respect from this company which they can never get. And that’s pretty weird to me, because I haven't been here for a long time, but it was clear to... — read more

NO PRODUCT

Tried to buy some Premium crackers at 2 Public Supermarkets But there were NONE on the shelves, not even unsalted. WTF Sorry company glad I left.

Does that mean jobs are a little more safe?

Third quarter earnings rose from the same period last year, but the atmosphere is worse than ever. Still, do these quarterly results mean we're safe from layoffs for now? Or not?

Sales

Sales can't stay the way they are without some changes

whats new?

no one talking about anything for awhile now. does that mean everyones gotten used to the new world order?

What are surveys for?

Surveys are completely pointless! It is not at all clear to me what they are for. First, (almost) no one is ever honest in these surveys. Secondly, even if we all respond the way we really think to get a more realistic picture of the mood and... — read more

Engagement Survey

I couldn't even take today's engagement survey without laughing. Dirk has ruined this company. Our management is so out of touch

Town hall

Anyone tune in to Town Hall today. Sure wasnt much positivity.

Tight A$$

So tired of this company. I see other companies showing appreciation to employees but Mondelez is still squeezing the blood out of us. Yes I know I could leave but hope to retire next year. Just so disappointed in what used to be a good job

How much longer do you plan to stay here?

I hope I won’t be in this company in 2022. It's getting worse here every day and the only thing I still have hope for is to leave before the end of this year. It is worth staying here only when there is no other option or when there is still minimal... — read more

They seem to want to destroy this company

It would be an exaggeration to say that the leadership wants to destroy this company but sometimes I don’t have any other explanation for the things they do. Would someone who really cares about the company and its growth, success, bright future... — read more

Class action

Wow. If someone would start a class action suit I think alot would join and win. We are getting screwed on bonus opportunity based on supply and manipulating objectives

Vaccine mandate

If they try to skip over testing as an option and make the vaccine mandatory their labor issues are going to get a lot worse.

Kindergarten

Is it me or does it seem like a bunch of kindergartners could run this company more efficient. Now asking managers to go run the bakeries and the warehouses. Pay people what they deserve! Ever since all the Coke people have come to this... — read more

Leadership

Where the heck is our leadership. So many issues. If my stores looked 20 years ago like they have for past couple years I would have been gone. Maybe careless about diversity, equality and green planet and fix this company. So so sad.

Mondelez does not deserve great employees

Do you agree that Mondelez has too many great employees who could be much more appreciated in some other companies? When I hear that some great employee has left, I am happy for them as if I was the one who found a new job and left. This is not a... — read more

Will people here ever get a little more respect?

I have been working at Mondelez for several years and yes, the company treats employees very badly. I am not here to defend Mondelez, that is for sure, however, I have worked in other companies that also squeeze employees just as much if not more... — read more

Unionize now!!!

I can see plenty of employees would like to organize a union, to stop the abuses by Mondelez. It seems people are scared to speak out, and rightly so. This is how companies like Mondelez keep their employees down, separated, and running scared. .. — read more

Spiraling downward

As a rep I certainly hate to see a strike but this company has put profit above absolutely everything. Glad they are doing it. I understand profit is a driving factor but we have sacrificed everything in name of profit. Nabisco is unquestionably the... — read more

Can strikes change anything here?

I would prefer the leadership to take more care of the issues that employees face and try to provide them with a more dignified work environment so that employees do not have to draw attention to the problems they face through strikes. I wonder... — read more
