The fact that I'm still part of this company makes me sick. Quality used to be important, especially the quality of the workforce, and now it seems as if quality is almost at the last place of interest of our leadership.

IT reorg transfers leadership roles to India based capability owners. Looking at the new hire list all based in India. Looks like they are going to move all IT to India again. The last one was a complete disaster. Wonder how long we have.

Work has gotten interesting… people walking in egg shells… less collaboration…. And some people have stopped training… maybe to protect their jobs… anyone else notice the tension and awkward behavior or is this just normal??
