Trusting the manager

I see that I am not the only one here with a manager who tries to make employees believe that there is nothing to worry about and that we can feel safe. How much can we trust a manager like that? I'll keep on sending my resumes.

Finally got laid off.

The funny thing is that they make you do all these unnecessary surveys, like employee experience surveys where you tell them that management is the problem and why their scores are so low just so they can fire you and your colleagues. 🤩
