If you are laid off during medical leave/FMLA, does your 60 day notice start immediately or does it start on the day you are scheduled to return from medical leave?

At least in IT, you WILL NOT get rehired if displaced... It will never happen... Sure during the displacement meeting they make you feel special and tell you that the roles are posted and they provide the links. Do not be fooled.
