This is less and less the company it once was. It's understandable that things change, but Intel has changed a lot for the worse. However, I still don't understand those who say they would like to be laid off. Really? Are you joking?

Gr.6 SWE in Oregon here. How come the lowest performer in the team gets promoted to manage BBs while the top performer gets mediocre school grade projects. Isn't it these guys that are to be laid off first ?

I’m grade 7. Got an offer from Nvidia with base pay which is on par with my Intel base + QPB + APB assuming bonuses are maximized. Also got 250k NVDA RSU as entry bonus, while at Intel I have ~70k and in the last round INTC gave ~20k…

Has anyone noticed that you see a ton of complaints about "whining" on the Intel layoff board comments? It's just Intel's corporate culture. Managers are groomed to be arrogant, narcissistic pricks.
