VSP and ERP - they underestimated the actual accept rate
I heard VSP estimate was 5 to 10% with the actual number 25%. ERP estimate was 10% with the actual number closer to 40%. I'm glad I'm gone using the ERP route. Source is senior staff in SC.
Intel has too many DIRECTORS (level 10 employees) with only 3 or 4 direct reports. What a waste!!!
This next round of layoffs should target these directors who play politics and ask their direct reports to go "fetch rocks" to make them look good.

What's the % of successful ISP appeals? Seems like many people of were ISPd last month are now back at Intel.
