I was recently interviewed for Data Warehouse Senior developer for Ohio position and recruiter gave me offer of only $92K. Are these normal salary at Chase for this role?

For same role and skill, salary is not same/similar across Orgs. I find significant difference in Salary/Bonus when I spoke with my friends. I am guessing AWM pays best. What is your opinion?

Applying for a job in CTC that’s the 601 associate level. The jobs posted in Delaware and Westerville what would you consider the average salary? $75-$80k?
