Yet another ESRO disaster. Tool they mandated everyone to use wasnt ready for peak season volume. Impacting customers for over 12 hours now with 20% error rate from the CloudFlare firewall. Who coulda seen this coming?

There seems to be no rhyme or reason in policy and procedure changes in this company. Does anyone have an idea of what departments/how much of Optum's work has been farmed out to private equity firms? Because I feel like that would explain a lot.
