Does your club still have a truckload associate? If so, what do they do all day? If not, who does truckload sales? We still have one and it is a waste of payroll.

I believe that’s the case at many other clubs, if not all. At my location we’ve been struggling to make ends meet in the sense that we are using 110% of our abilities to get the work done, Hoe long can we survive, while working at this tempo?

With the nightcrew being moved to days company wide is there any clubs out there that actually get off by 11:30 pm and if you do what areas do you stock at night and how much freight do you slot at night.

I’m sure none of us will get it right, but I think it would be fun to get some opinions on this matter. It could paint a good picture about how people feel about the company and it’s way in the future.
