This is my impression, that the company has never cared less about the departure of institutional knowledge that will be almost impossible to replace with equally high-quality employees. Did they even try to stop someone from leaving?

UK Salary program

Any news on the UK salary program? Will the beatings (low salary increases and quiet layoffs) continue until morale improves or have EM lost too many people now? I don’t know many people who aren’t actively looking for other jobs
