Truist and BofA Poaching Talent (Internal Audit)

Noticed a lot of people leaving internal audit for Truist or BofA. They pay more for jobs at the same level. Seems Wells is okay with this and isn’t really responding to retain talent. Anyone else experiencing this in their LoB?

WF exits after bonus

Last year , hiring in banking was abysmal so I didn’t notice as many people leaving as I would have thought. This year, banks outside of WF are hiring- interested to see how everything plays out.

Dear quiet quitters: this is your fair warning

Caught sleeping in their cubicle.

Actually not caught. I just saw them. I felt bad and left them alone. I wonder what their commute looks like that they are literally falling asleep at their desk. Poor thing was snoring.

Current method of bonuses sc--w the worker
