I see flyers in the lunch room and common spaces spread throughout the AZ campuses trying to get employees to start a union. Will this actually help save our jobs and improve the quality of our jobs? Mgt can just lay us off union or not, right???

WF needs to come up with an incentive for those who qualify for retirement but are not at retirement age. That would clear out so many people and the company would unload cost of long tenured employees who probably hate their job anyway.

I know a few people who were laidoff during maternity leave, short term disability and out on PTO for more than 3 weeks. Shartz has no soul. Zero concern for anyone but himself and his bonus.
