I’m seeing some comments here that medical accommodations have become more difficult to get. I have one (permanent) in place from 2017 which was not difficult to get (mainly because my Dr. knows the law and is well respected). Now 6 years later my... — read more
Accommodation- learn something new!
Learned something new that might interest some: Employers sometimes think they’re fine to request more medical information than they’re entitled to when it comes to accommodations. Employers need only enough info from you or your doctor to show (1)... — read more
GOMRCP/Keefer LOB
Anyone else have experience with this LOB? Externally, it seemed pretty good. Internally, it's a toxic culture wasteland. The expectations are inexplicable, unrealistic. You're expected to be perfect at all times, put work above all else, and never... — read more
RTO Rules

This is a strange place to work and worry about layoffs

Layoff procedure
So how do layoffs usually work at BoA? Does the manager actually have any say in it or is it more of an HR pulling names out of a hat or doing some cost basis analysis of individuals or checking off D&I and other numbers and stuff?
Manager ranking
Would be great if there was a manager ranging site. Simply publish the name and give a thumbs up or thumbs down. Similar to how we do associate ranking, but in reverse.
One positive
There's one positive thing that's come out of this shitshow that we call BofA - I'm finally feeling motivated to look for a new job. I also know that's true for many more employees who were putting off job search in the hope of better times changing... — read more
