There is no ideal workplace
Those who leave here tend to excessively criticize this place, while at the same time idealizing the new workplace. The truth is always somewhere in the middle. I do not believe that there are ideal workplaces. It all depends on one's priorities... — read more

BofA is stuck in the past
BofA is stuck in the past in many ways. But what are the reasons for that? Incompetence of our leadership? No vision? Too much risk in changing some things? But what interests me the most is whether you think that BofA is stuck in the past much... — read more

No point in being in the office
Every time I step into the office, I wonder what's the point of coming here. I ask myself constantly and I have no answer to that. Totally unnecessary. I think that will be decisive in my decision to leave. My job does not require being at the... — read more
Getting out of hand
Anyone from HR reading this? I ask since I'm truly interested in knowing and understanding if the bank ever looks at a request to promote someone and go, wait, no, they clearly don't meet the baseline requirements. Or once the request to promote... — read more

There are too many reasons to leave
