Rationalizing leadership decisions
I've been following this forum for some time now and it's really noticeable that people generally try to rationalize the decisions made by our leaders. Why do people do that? It's futile. It is impossible to rationalize most of their moves.
Bobble Heads
Do people realize how ridiculous they look when in meetings with management they constantly nod their head up and down yes? Drives me crazy.
