SST is not looking good and I fear that there will be mass layoffs in that department.

Barely got off mandatory OT from last year and it’s starting again. Lack of parts, continue parts shortages will not be offset by 25 percent. Somebody must already be panicking about their 1st quarter bonus.

After all of the mandatory OT last year they are at it again. They cant hire anyone to fill in the gaps so they over work the already underpaid engineering team with the blatantly false statement that it is for our customers. Cant wait to retire
