It seems to me that BofA has never been more disorganized and has never been so poorly managed. Just my 2 cents.

They hire expertise they do not use. They pay nothing and tell you to be thankful. BofA operates on a feudal lord mentality for supervisors. Prepare to be abused and marginalized. They keep the mediocre talent which explains the status of things.
