If you move from a band 4 to another 4 role, HR considers that a lateral move now and no pay increase. Managers also have no say in pay anymore, as it's a based on equitable outcome. External hires still get market rate

It is a proof you don’t have COVID before returning to work. If you unfortunately get it later after back to work, company will need be responsible for that legally. Unless company ask you to sign a waiver but I don’t think it will happen
