Actually the 4th QR didn't show improvement. Read the report and conference call to judge your own conclusions. Some of the assumptions for 2013 appear to be wildly optimistic.

CCI is claiming that the loss of Cal Grants is not impacting Heald enrollments. All of the laid off Heald counselors might disagree with that statement.

@bremerton, the campus already has insurance to cover the campus. That's how externs and students are covered as well. Plus other schools have dentists, it's discretionary dependent upon the rvpo and campus president.

The dentist's malpractice policy would cover him but it wouldn't cover the school. The campus didn't want to pay for coverage for the school.
