When a company has no strategy…

ISC, Legal, IT, and Finance should not wield the decision making authority that they seem to have around here. When nobody knows what the strategy is, they just sit around and let the “process” dictate what happens.

I just don’t get it?

I work in PA, joined Honeywell as an experienced hire. Band 4. There are so many great colleagues here. And yet somehow there’s also this overarching toxicity. How can both exist and how do the long timers overcome it personally?
