When are non Vax required to return?

Does anyone have a RTO date for the non Vax group and high risk group (the last group to return)? I heard after Labor day but that still seems very soon. Thanks.

Does BOA intend to replace people who leave?

For months there has been no replacement for my colleagues who have left. For months other people have been doing a double workload because of it. I wonder how many more months will pass before they are replaced and will this happen before more... — read more

I want to go back to the office

so i can gather my belongings that I left behind (sentimental items) and quit. Finally getting some hits from remote jobs and my motivation to get out of this he-l ho-e is at an all time high.

They didn't even have to name names.

While many executives and managers spent the early months of the pandemic telling their employees that “remote work wouldn’t work for us in the long term,” they are now forced to argue with the tangible proof of their still-standing business, making... — read more

Will RTO plans change?

Many companies are pushing back.. clearly we are just a number to this bank. They don't care about us.

Cringeworthy Flagscape Return to Work Photos

Anyone notice the photos on flagascape with all the people awkwardly posing for photos in the office pretending to be excited. There is even one where a guy is wearing a "We're back hat" wonder if he would get fired if he didn't wear that hat. Of... — read more

When do we stand up for what’s right?

I see a lot of posts around people mad about having to return to office. What about those of us having do eight times the amount of work because we can’t replace those who are work from home and are being forced to reopen centers with not even close... — read more

It’s awful how much BofA is stuck in the past

Old mentality - it's almost synonymous with BofA. I wonder why? Are those at the top actually afraid of changes or do they just not want it? I can’t believe they don’t see how much BofA is stuck in the past and don’t know that the new times require... — read more

Vaccine requirements or lose your job at the bank?

I have been reading and watcging companies getting frustrated with Covid and making the vaccine a requirement to keep your job. I know we are huge, but after listening to BM and other executives it seems possible. What are your thoughts?

So, which is it, BM? It can't be both.

BofA #1 We need customers to use ERICA so we can reduce touchpoints with live agents We will station people at branches to direct customers to use ATMs instead of tellers We will expand phone VRU options to enable more transactions to be... — read more

Loved my Job, but I resigned today

I told my manager I quit because of the Bank's RTO policy. He tried to say they can accommodate, but line HR mgrs are putting a pad lock on that process now and heavy scrutiny for people that have it or will be renewing. Looks like they went downhill... — read more

Will BOA change RTO?

With cases increasing everywhere and delta affecting even vaccinated folks, will BOA change their tune on RTO? What a mess they are asking everyone to go back at the beginning of cold and flu season while covid is starting to rage again. I’m hoping... — read more

Going backwards

Looks like I'm not the only one who thinks BofA is going backwards instead of going forward? Unfortunately, in every possible segment. No wonder no one with skills wants to stay here anymore. Management does not want to accept its mistakes.

BAC Employees - Jump ship and get hired with GoPro

RTO for high risk?

Any high risk employees here due to being immunocomprimised? My dr is telling me to behave as though I’m not vaccinated even though I am and to avoid big groups indoors. How the heck am I supposed to go back to the office? Anyone else talking to HR... — read more

Band 5 to 4 salary negotiation

Have been B5 for close to 10 years, now making right at $100k/year. Interviewed for B4 and was a final candidate where recruiter asked my salary requirements. I said $130-$135k. Recruiter then said $115-$120 would be more in line with justification... — read more

Plenty of available jobs

If you have an issue with RTO, there are plenty of available jobs in banking and in many other fields that have gone fully remote since the pandemic and plan to stay that way. Everybody is hiring. This is one of the rare situations where you have no... — read more

Returning to the office will save your job?

I absolutely agree with someone who wrote that it is naive to expect that going back to the office means saving your job. That is just my opinion, but it is very clear to me that BofA has decided to get rid of people and it will do it regardless of... — read more

Band level 5 to 4

Does anyone know if there are any benefit increases from band level 5 to 4 (vacation etc)?

They're just giving me one more reason to quit

BofA has been working overtime to get me to quit. This latest RTO is just the latest in the long line of things that have proven how disconnected this management is from its employees. Either that or this is intentional and I'm playing into their... — read more

Actual layoffs?

I heard through the grapevine yesterday that there was a small RIF in GTO. Anyone have an idea of head count? That would be nicer than waiting for our resignations.

Maybe I was wrong

I thought the RTO was a way to reduce headcount. After hearing BM speak about it, I'm almost convinced he's just a dinosaur who distrusts technology solutions. I wouldn't be surprised to find a real paper rolodex on his desk.
