How the he-l did all of you go to work before WFH? I know you all did. Well, that's how you're going to continue. If you were able to do it for years and in some cases for decades then you can certainly continue to do it now. It's not the end of the... — read more
Dysfunctional a$$ backwards company...
What a cluster f of a company to work for. "Good ole boys club" where you have NO opportunity to advance unless you're "in" with the "it" crowd. Management knowingly provided misinformation to suit their needs and questions why you didn't do as you... — read more

Just a quick look through the latest posts shows how many people are furious about RTO and how many are considering walking away because of it. I'm not saying them and management knowing would change things, but at least when attrition gets out of... — read more

It's almost like they are losing sight of long term planning
What is happening with BofA and long term planning? It seems to me that the focus is so much on short term plans that they are losing sight of the long term strategy... unless the long term strategy implies a complete workforce transformation. As an... — read more
BOA is the worst company in the world. This company is risking employees lives in RTO fiasco.
MOyRnONhan is so damn weak in the handling of the RTO. He has no backbone or shown leadership in this pandemic. This company is being run into the fuhking ground because of the incompetent leadership. Talented employees are leaving and going to... — read more
Layoffs and Attrition due to RTO
We just had 5 people let go in CSWT (wont name the org) and 2 more left this week because of RtO. So not only is the Bank quietly doing layoffs, they are pushing everyone and anyone who dares to quit....smart short sighted strategy to pay BM and his... — read more
BofA is doing this because it can

I think this is intentional
I think the management is intentionally creating circumstances that will force people to quit. Attrition is great for them. They're reducing the overhead while incurring no cost whatsoever. I'm willing to bet they're fully aware of how many people... — read more
How many people do you know are job hunting?
This topic has been frequently discussed on this forum but we don't talk to most of our co-workers about it until we have an offer. What is the reality? Are there actually a lot of people planning to leave because of RTO?
Loss of motivation after returning to office
I don't think I'll ever feel optimistic about being here ever. I just do it now for a paycheck till I find a hybrid or remote role. It's so traject to be forced back I feel depressed every Sunday now about a whole work week where I lose hours on... — read more

Is the Dam starting to crack on RTO?
