Literally thousands of people worldwide have had their lives upended in the past few weeks because of the decisions made by Oracle yet their seems to be an endless flow of really insensitive and offensive comments being posted. Oracle's actions speak to the character of the corporation but the callous behavior of some of the anonymous comments really speaks to the dismal state of society... what is worse is that this isn't even close to the the most atrocious things that are happening to people on this planet... we are in trouble!

I heard there have been big protests against this. Are they cancelling it?

Is other stores being told they can't clock in before the start of their shift, and before the end of their shift?

Will we still have access to mysites once laid off? Also how do ongoing benefits that expire at the end of year go? FSA, wellhub, and health equity? Do we need to use that all before termination, or end of severance, or end of year?

Does anyone know when they plan to finish moving corporate risk into hubs? They mentioned most of it was already in hubs during the December townhall — what’s the status of the rest?

The Education Management Team is manipulating instructor time clock punches in order to turn a buck! Who do we speak with about this? They are manipulating overtime hours and making them disappear. I know HR is in it for the company and can’t be trusted.

Should we expect that literally ALL teams within CIO, Tech Development, and Professional Services will eventually transition to contractors or be phased out, or are there certain products or teams that are intended to remain in place much longer term/business as usual? Do we think this will eventually also impact other teams like sales, client support, client success, etc?

If the employee has been with company for 10 years and transferred to Cognizant, do the employee has option to reject the offer?

Looks like the US is heading into a collapse over the next decade with the relentless jobs being lost due to H1B visas Ofdshoeing and AI.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if we see over 50% of white collar jobs completely gone over the next 5 years.
