Does Verint still get used to monitor employees? If so, is that for everybody or just certain roles and areas? I see it running on my laptop. But it’s never been brought up to me before in any discussions. Just curious.

I know of 15 people actively looking for other jobs outside Humana , they want out. Unhappy people with current state of affairs. Offer the severance package again so we can leave.
