Next town hall with ELT
In our upcoming town halls with our ELT leaders, we have an opportunity to engage with them directly about their contributions to enhancing OpenText. We must ask vital questions: What steps have they taken to drive improvement? How have they earned the privilege to report to a CEO of a public company? What compelling reasons do they offer for us to unite behind their vision?
It's time to break the pattern of silence that has enveloped our leadership. We deserve to understand why we should be motivated beyond just getting a paycheck.
If our ELT leaders are merely a figureheads focused on reorganization and headcount reduction, we risk falling into a cycle of complacency where the bare minimum becomes acceptable.
If there is nothing to be excited about customers and good employees will just leave until what’s left are customers with weak IT staffs that stay on old technology forever and employees that don’t give a damn.
Our company needs an en--a or our fate will be drowning in our own waste.

Workday update
Notice the workday update that is going to happen on the 28th of March? Reason for this update is to update all of the employees who's offices are closing to display Remote instead of their physical office location. You heard it here first folks.
Can we breathe yet?
Has the latest round definitely wrapped up? I'm hoping we can get back to normal work without constantly wondering who is next.
Why hasnt this place been taken over yet?
Much like when First Data came in, why hasn't anyone else scooped in to take over and acquire the client base? Only thing of value are the customers we still have.
Seems the place is ripe for the taking.
Major leadership Shakeup

Class action suite
Does anybody else feel that this whole thing has class action suite written all over it?
What's the point?
If the next date is really March 31, why wait? Why not do it right now? Why put us through more stress? I honest to goodness don't get it.

Virtual exceptions being re-examined
Heard the Legg Org is reviewing virtual ‘exceptions’ and they will need to be rejustified for approval. If not approved, must report to home office. Anyone hear anything similar?
At least President's Club is still on
Reading the flurry of posts here is tough for me as I'm sure it is for many others with survivor's guilt. Can't help but want to leave ASAP from this sinking ship. FWIW, here's what I learnt about the situation today (some of it repetitive of what's already been shared).
This is a pilot initiative affecting CIO, Dev and PS.
Affected capital markets solution groups for pilot = IAM (InvestTran, InvestOne) and Data (DIM, PIM, CAM).
Cap markets pilot is just for these solution groups in 2026, with full rollout planned in 2027 across others. Obviously these timelines are subject to change.
LoB (line of business) was kept in the dark until this week.
Effective immediately: people being RIF'd (backfilled in Zensar) and rebadged (moved under Zensar). RIF announcements were made today.
RIF vs rebadge is based on employee grade and where Zensar has offices to take on ex-FIS staff.
But hey, glad that didn't stop the company taking its top brass and the 2025 leading sales performers (and their +1s) to a fancy resort in Switzerland via business class for a week.
For shame, FIS leaders. It's not that we don't understand shareholder primacy, it's just that this all feels like it was so avoidable.
Florida Business Update
All Florida Clinics were told ten minutes ago that all employees must attend a business update meeting at noon today. Any info on what’s happening?
hih name change
has anyone else heard anything about hih not being called HIH anymore? why is that? because the perception was so negative?
RTO Phase 2 email
They should be sent out before EOD today. It's going to be a good news for many.
Don’t be Fooled
The recent surge in share prices are not a reflection of the market now thinking Phillips 66 is a better investment than peers.
YTD we are trailing all refiners, including PBF, Delek, and even CVR and are right in line with the broader S&P energy index. Bets on refining were made with the start of the Iran war and we did not benefit. We just followed the inflow of money into energy.
We still have a long way to go before we earn the trust of investors. We must deliver Q1 results given the current favorable margin environment.
Coming into the office, okay
But having an interview for another job so loud everyone can hear you.
Ba--s!
I think he nailed it, too.

Epic Games Cuts Over 1,000 Jobs Amid Engagement Decline
Epic Games is cutting over 1,000 jobs across the company. This decision follows a decline in user engagement for Fortnite. CEO Tim Sweeney stated the company is spending significantly more than it earns. Industry-wide challenges also contribute to the financial situation. March 26th is here - and I don’t have any meetings
No meeting on the calendar and no message from the bosses.
Another no news predicted RIF day!!!
Please please someone call the news!
Yes, I am “safe” but I am sick to my stomach how all this was handled but yet nothing in the news. This should be all over the news, FIS should be on a shame of wall for the way they handled things! Please someone who was affected…please call the news!

WallStreetDiscriminates.com - Disgusting
If you haven't visited this site (WallStreetDiscriminates.com) you need to. If you've been layed off, count your blessings. If you're still there, update your resume and get out. Post to the site if you have a story to share.
Let's hope the era of layoffs as a fix-all is behind us
Maybe that'll finally force leadership to step up their game and actually run the business instead of just extracting wealth.
Are more sell-offs happening soon?
Any update on upcoming possible divestitures for non-core or is everyone just being slowly laid off now?...
Management got hit harder than us lowly folks?
A rare sensible move, if true.
