I start in January & I know Cisco offers an Employee Stock Purchase Plan for blue badge employees. How does this work exactly? How do I maximize its benefits?

Is it me or do others feel the same? Overpaid blue badges doing simple work is a total waste of money. We need to be better about this no one is being held responsible for allowing this.

I have heard several AS folks have been given big chunk of RSUs last month. Recently most of the employees received salary raises in OCT. I wondering if same AS guys have now received the salary raise as well?
