Requirement to disclose vaccination status by Nov 1

I wouldn't rely on severance too much

It's the company's prerogative to provide you with severance. Do you really think that at some point in time this leadership will not decide that they're done with it? It's not their legal obligation to provide it, so why continue? If you're betting... — read more

Vaccine Efficacy

If the vaccine efficacy wane after several months, how can those people who have not got the booster shot protect themselves from RTO? Never mind I realize the bank does not care about your health.

Schrodinger's layoffs

I realized that I both want and don't want to be laid off and until it happens I have no idea how I'm going to feel after the fact. I fear layoffs for the uncertainty of it all, but I welcome it just for a chance to leave this wretched place. The... — read more

I shouldn't have left my old job

I left a small-to-medium-sized regional bank a few years ago to join BofA because I was offered more money. It never occurred to me that within a year, I'd be regretting my decision more than any other in my life. I realize now that working in good... — read more

I despise this place now

It manages to suck the life out of me every single day. I've been looking at new positions for weeks and even landed a few interviews. Wish me luck.

No diversity in BofA Technology

I know this is a sensitive topic, but let's bring it out professionally. My group is 15 people including the manager. All of the team is from India including the manager and his manager. I have been in the same group since 2009 and noticed that... — read more

Managers are not handling this well
