I have often wonder why Cisco has the John Travoltas and Kim Kardasians appointed as VPs and Directors :)

What is expected salary range of G8 in QA in India ? like how much CTC. having 10 years with Mtech in comp Science should be G8 or G10 ?

Why have a system of Directors reporting to Directors and VPs reporting to VPs? What is the logic?

All those affected recently, how soon can we file ? Can we file now after 1 month of getting the documents (like from 18th Sept) .

So Cisco people are aware, there are some big layoffs coming to global service provider. This will impact video and other BUs who provide solutions specific to SP. Sales not done either. Cisco will slowly unwind SP.
