I know many employees who are extremely political and have been working at Cisco for more than 15 or 20 years, regardless of performance.

As soon as you finish one set of training, you get another. Then you have multiple people following up with you to get those trainings out of the way. You folks are the the folks who make this place feel like a hamster wheel.
