I did not get laid off today… oh well, there’s always another Tuesday.

Today’s layoffs were brutal and inhumane. Lost really good friends and colleagues. Entire teams were wipe down in the name of cost cutting where CEO is going to enjoy millions in bonus and salary hike.😔

For those displaced between 9/30/2025-11/1/2025, did you receive a year end performance review? I completed my self evaluation before non working notice but have not been able to get a clear answer if I’d receive a YE.

Is there a time period or deadline after the year end evaluation the employee is told they’re on a PIP plan?
