I just spoke to my PGL and she said layoffs are about to start at JRC. Many people let go. A few areas will close. She couldn't say who in my area but there will be alot. She left and went to a finalization meeting.

So everyone one who is still at JRC, get ready.

I started to hear rumors that an LR is in the works for 2HFY26. With the government shutdown, bookings could be soft. If there is a smoke, there is fire somewhere.

T-Mobile continues the show by creating unnecessary Senior Manager positions only to back track and layoff a handful later on each year. I am honestly surprised T-Mobile employees don’t file a class action for miss leading career promises. Don’t take my word for it, wait for Q1 2026 and comment here! Any Senior Manager or RMM with low amount of stores are in question from what sources are sharing.

Some folks have received the memo, communication already.

I've heard more rumors about layoffs continuing throughout the month. What are the chances that's not true? I'm so exhausted from layoffs that I could use at least some time not to have to worry 24/7.

Does anyone know if there will be any layoffs in RM&C next week? Everyone is stretched thin as is.

There’s been a lot of talk, but nothing seems to be happening in my immediate surroundings - which isn’t really indicative of anything, really.

With the org chart still being offline & a combo with my boss in my 1:1 where they said "don't be surprised if we see more impacting our department"

Has anyone been reading the media articles bout the information sharing plan on our US Foods website and upcoming merger with PFG in the media? Will that cause layoffs? Will that be a chance for the powerful on the board of directors to select better executives? Some of our executives have sh-t the bed on some of their decisions and do not have the gonads to do what needs to be done. We do like our CEO and he has proven his worth on the stock. But some of his posse don't share his intelligence nor his heart. They may just not give a fu-k about what they need to do since they will be given a golden parachute when the merger arrives. Let's all hope the board reads these posts and proves what we are writing is true and just terminates the d-mbasses for dereliction of duty without the severance.

Rumors are getting strong that there will be big layoffs in Q4 2025. HR is preparing the lists. Each VP got a target number for their department. It will be a sad Xmas season for a LOT of people.

Sounds like it is going to be a quarterly thing from now.

Hundreds of jobs at GE Vernova in Schenectady and Niskayuna are at risk due to the cancellation of 14 federally funded energy projects-but the exact number of job losses has not yet been confirmed. No leadership roles will be affected.
Leadership roles actually created and filled from external.
Padded bonuses from Executive to senior leadership will be protected while Long term employees will be removed and/or reduced.

So , now we are in Q4. What do you anticipate mgmt doing ? Firing long timers who have been mid year “ almost meets” after many years of no issues ? Does anyone have the law firm that folks in the US have been going to ? I feel like my day is on the horizon.

Wouldn’t be surprising, but it sure would be good to know.

If we survive the layoffs end of October has anyone heard any intel as to where they will put us all in existing LA or NY offices?

Heard from a director that we will most likely be notified before the week of November 10 to WFH. So, no one will be in office and the layoffs will happen over a phone call. Curious if anyone has heard the same info?

The question is, who is left to rif? Any news on rif calls going out week after next which will be a non-paycheck week? Or will they continue to make up more ridiculous work requirements to get the rest of us to quit or retire earlier than planned?

I saw on amazon channel ppl saying 2 layoffs coming, one in october and one big one in january. It said mostly US employees will be impacted.

Does anyone definitively know how Wells Fargo is tracking your "working hours"? I hear that the next big layoff is going to target people who are working only 10 to 20 hours a week. I work more than that (I hope) but it got me thinking about how they are tracking it. I have a permanent work from home exception so they cant track me through ID swipes. It just makes me nervous that they might be using a method that excludes me working remotely.

I’ve heard of several cases. I guess they just want to make sure we don’t get a single night of sleep for months.

I’m hearing rumors about training material within CS&S being converted to e-learning modules. I’m worried that in-person trainers and facilitators are in trouble

Or should we expect more, maybe in other locations too? I’m really worried about my job, even though I haven’t heard any direct rumors. Just keeping up with the news is enough to make me anxious.
