I’m new to the bank and have been working here for about four weeks but I noticed some team members are permanently working from home. How did they get that option?

I was just told someone has an accommodation to work from home because she lives a good distance from the office. Does the company still offer this? If so, how far away do you need to live to get this accommodation?
